Good to know before requesting an Urgent Sniff.
With an Urgent Consultation, your request takes priority over regular requests. An Urgent Consultation does not automatically mean that the consultation will take place the same day or within 24 hours. I cannot guarantee this in advance, as my availability varies from day to day.
When submitting your request, you can indicate when you would prefer to be contacted. Upon receipt, I will check what is possible at that time and let you know as soon as possible when I can conduct the consultation.
Does the proposed time not suit your needs? Then you do not have to proceed with the Urgent Sniff. Payment will only take place after we have coordinated and you agree to the proposed time. Therefore, you are not committed to anything if I cannot meet your desired deadline.

I prefer to work with as little prior information as possible, so that your animal can tell me what is important to him or her. If you want to know something specific, however, I do need a concrete question or situation in order to have a focused conversation with your animal about it.
